The Firm was registered as a business enterprise on the 6th of December, 2004.
Effective operations however did not
start until November 2005.
It is an Engineering consulting firm into Civil engineering Designs,
Geotechnicals, Projects management and facilities management.
The registered address of the firm is 06, Ebun Street, Abule-Ijesa,
Yaba, Lagos but as correspondence office now.

The
Principal/Chief Operating Officer is a qualified and a registered
Engineer with over 20 years postgraduate experience.

AREAS OF EXPERTISE
Planning: Preparing master schedules for all projects including resource schedules, execution methodologies, milestones, cash flow projections / budgets and periodic monitoring. Leading a multinational team of engineers, technicians and direct construction of multi-storied residential apartments, hotels, shopping complexes, housing units, luxury villas, cold storages, industrial buildings and other infrastructure projects. Monitoring project status during the course of periodic project review meetings. Evaluating designs; coordinating with architect / consultants and sub contractors for changes as required.
Project Management: Finalising requirements and specifications in consultation with architects/collaborators/ promoters. Anchoring on-site construction activities to ensure completion of project within the time & cost parameters and effective resource utilisation to maximize the output. Monitoring and co-ordinating site activities with various service contractors including electrical, HVAC, fire fighting, aluminium & glass, plumbing & drainage, etc. to ensure that the project is executed as per project drawings, specifications and ahead of schedule. Identifying and organising the material, manpower and machinery resources & plan the micro level execution schedule utilizing Primavera Project Planner.
Site & Construction Management / Resource Planning: Supervising all construction activities including providing technical inputs for methodologies of construction & coordination with site management activities. Executing construction of Hotel Podium, Club House, Landscaping and all civil works related to MEP services, external work including the road works. Preparing and reviewing method statements and work specific quality control plans. Ensuring materials received are in accordance with the quantity & quality.
Contracts Administration & Management: Evaluating & executing contracting works and coordinating among consultants, contractors and clients. Preparing the tender specifications & finalisation of requirements. Liaising with consultants on determining technical and contractual matters.
Training & Development / Team Management: overseeing the activities of large workforce of 500 technicians and workers for achieving the daily construction targets through team motivation, welfare, etc. Developing training programme for unskilled workers for the skilled jobs like masonry, painting and carpentry & welding. Organising seminars on leadership, quality control, goal setting, check list & safety for supervisors.

The Geotechnical arm is positioned to handle:
1. standard penetration tests,
2. cone penetration tests ,
3. borings for soil sampling ,
4.Boreholes for soils stratification ,
5.Non Destructive Tests - Schmidt Hammer Tests , electronic tests,
etc.
The firm has as associate Mr Abiodun Fatai Azeez, a graduate
of civil Engineering from the university of Lagos. He worked for Elf
Nig. Ltd. as civil engineer for their station roll out for a long
time between 1987 and 1992.
He later joined the practice of Obi Obembe and Associates where he
worked extensively in civil/structural designs and auto cad
draughting .
He handled several major projects for the firm in designs and
supervison before he left in 2001.
He is an associate in Mab-Viv Consulting bringing his design skills
and experience to bear for the firm.
Mr. Olaleye Olakunle Ebenezer, Project Manager, has the
professional cerification PMP in view. He is a Civil Engineering
graduate of the UNIVERSITY OF ADO-EKITI.

Mr. Adegbayi Adeola Oluwaseyi
Phillip has a BEng Honours Civil Engineering, Covenant
University, Ogun State, Nigeria
Mr. Mayowa Mayungbe has OND in Information communication
Technology and has 5 years experience working as adminstrtaor/IT. He
had his OND from Yaba College Of Technology.
There is an autocad technician for the firm; Mr. Ikechukwu is responsible for the auto cad draughting
for the design works.
The firm also have access to several outsourced professionals for
projects management and facilities management as any project may
demand at any particular time
